Waiting for the result sponsorship suspension

Hello

My boss’s sponsorship is suspended so he sent his representation letter to HO.
I wonder what I can do once the sponsorship is revoked. There is possibility that I can marry British citizen but he’s not getting paid enough and we don’t have saving, we don’t have much proof of relationship. Would I still be able to process register legal marriage when my sponsor ‘s sponsorship is revoked?
