Super priority set o indefinite leave to remain query

My wife applied for indefinite leave to remain set o and attended on Saturday morning in Manchester for biometrics and application submission. She has 5 years residency on ancestry visa we applied as super priority service but have not had any updates. Based on people's experience of priority at what point should we start chasing and what are our avenues
