Hi everyone.
My husband's application for ILR (LR) was refused in December last year. We had appealed and our appeal was allowed by the FTT sometime around April.
The Home Office had submitted an application to FTT for permission to appeal in UTT which was also refused more than a month ago.
It's been around 8 weeks of HO's application for permission to appeal in UTT being refused, and we still have not heard anything from the HO.
Just week before last we received the form for refunding of court fee from the UKBA, which we have been refunded last week.
But no sign of BRP or Passport etc or any letter of implementation/confirmation of ILR visa grant by the HO.
I'd like to know whether this silence or delay in BRP/Passport/Visa grant is within the normal timeframe?
Anyone who may have been in a similar situation?
Thanks in advance.
