Tier 2 New Application

Hello,

Can anyone please help me with this issue I’m on Tier2 sponsored visa Since Aug 2014 my five years have completed however In Jan this year my company was closed due to internal issues my manager had taken over the staff and opened new company moved every one in the new company applied for a new license under new company soon after my HR from Old company notified HO that company no longer operates staff have been. Taken over is it going to be a Tupe Transfer or not?

In April we emailed HO to transfer my CoS over to the new company since then we are still waiting and I’m curious to know what to do to get this sorted. I spoke to a solicitor they advised to to contact my Local MP to email HO request for a quicker response to the query.

My MD emailed HO with the old Sponsor details explaining that the company has over taken me hence requested for the CoS to be moved over.

We are still waiting to hear from HO can anyone please guide me what to do? we have already requested a new CoS which was allocated just need to assign it on my name however shall I apply for a fresh Visa? if I do then what’s the process what do I need to do in order to obtain a new visa? Does it have negative impact on my ILR Application when I apply for it?

Can some one please answer to my queries?
