T2 dependant separation

Hi All,
Need your help and suggestions.

Me and my partner had some differences and leading to divorce.
My partner recently had a job and put a domestic violence case against me and this is under investigation for police. In mean time I am not allowed to go home or meet her.
My questions are.

1) if I am convicted this will effect my visa as I am eligible for ILR next jan on T2 general main appl.
2) as my partner want to get separated from me and live on her own. Will she has to apply for any visa to live here as she don’t even want to stay with me.
3) I don’t want to do this but in worse case ( if I inform UKBA as we are get separated will this effect my on going case with police as this is still under investigation).
