ILR app and baby

Hi

It's been awhile but I need more advice regarding my soon to occur application for ILR.

Quick run through - I am Canadian and my hubby is British. I will be applying for ILR 08.10.08- My spouse visa expires 01.11.08 however my date of entry on that visa was 09.11.08 (hopefully this is the correct date).
If its not can you please advise what is

2nd - to apply to ILR is the maximum to be out of the country 90 days in the past two year? Does it matter how many times I have left the country as long as its under the total of 90 days - had numerous absences recently due to illness in the family

My biggest concern however is that while I will be applying for ILR in Oct I am due to have a baby on 28.09.06. Do I need to include this baby on the form? If yes what do I need to provide in the way of passport etc etc - obviously the time frame is a bit tight!!
But as my hubby is a British citizen does that mean the baby does not need to be included in my immigration status? Help rather confused

1. If your initial date of entry on your spouse visa was 09 Nov 06 and it expires on 01 Nov 08, then you may apply for SET(M) between [09 Nov - 28 days (4 weeks)] and 01 Nov, i.e. between 12 Oct 2008 and 01 Nov 2008.

3. As your husband is British, then your baby, born in the UK, is automatically a British citizen and need not be included in your SET(M) application.
