Settlement scheme - first entre UK date

Hi guys,

My partner and I planning to apply settlement scheme.

My first entre date was 14/06/2014 and my partner first entre date was 10/02/2015.

Our relationship started 11/04/2015.

And we left UK 20/06/2016 and came back 16/02/2017.

I have EEA family visa now.

In this case, which date we need to put on application form for "first entre date"?
