How do I cancel an EEA family application from outside the U.K.?

Hi.. I need to cancel my EEA family permit application because I need to use a different biometric location (so need to cancel existing and start a whole new one).

Does anyone know how to do this? The website directs you to « ask a question » for £5.48 which I have done.. the answer was « check the website » which I did... it just directs to the link to the question page so I had to pay another £5 to ask the same question again.

Do I need to call instead (also surcharge to pay)?
