hi there, i am a dependent on my husbands work permit and applied for my hsmp few months back and got the approval letter.i have been asked to apply for entry clearance from india under tier 1.does anyone know which form is used for this in india and do i have to submit all the past details again which i had submitted for to gain the points or is the application very simple.also is there a health check requirement for those coming to uk for long stays?
