Spouse of an ILR holder

Post by near90 » Thu Oct 31, 2019 11:44 pm

Dear ALL ,

My question , situation and background is :
I am working as junior doctor in NHS on tier2 visa and will be marrying my fiancé who's an ILR holder and he has previously worked on tier 2 visa as well now he's in training to become GP . because he's in another city , so we planed to change my visa on his, I understand that my ILR clock will reset .
in future If I secured a training post/ junior doctor in training . do I again have to switch my visa from ILR dependent to Tier 2 ? or will I be allowed to continue training being an ILR holder dependent ?

I will be very happy if someone can answer this question with link to gov.uk website aswell for reference.
