Hi All,
Im recently got graduated on Ireland in MSc in Cloud computing as which is computing stream and after my graduation i secured job in IT as IT support Engineer L2/L3 as Full time employment where i need to manage support for the customer and need to resolve the issue on my ticketing que and from my senior quecolleague as well.
Now i have confusion on applying critical visa where im not able find any Noc code on my job but i can in website as Noc code 2139 ( All other ICT professionals not elsewhere classified) https://workpermit.com/immigration/irel ... tions-list and my company paying tax behalf of me in revenue.ie to be clear
My role and responsibilities in my company were:
1. Managing Cloud server and its services to the Client and troubleshooting in Cloud services ( Its mostly im working with VMware Vsphere and Microsoft Azure).
2.Networking configurations and any other issue with Switch /routers etc
3.Working with Backup technology like VEEAM software and troubleshooting the issue if its occurred.
4.Working with O365 and Exchange server on Mailbox issue in Server or cloud based on Customer
5.Manage to provide support customers for issue based in Active directory or any other related troubleshooting in Active directory
6.Working with Firewall technologies like Sophos XG and Fortigate for the configurations and troubleshooting based on issues.
7. Logging the call with Global for any other issue related with server and follow back with the update.
8. Troubleshooting any other issue on Skype,Application,Outlook and help to resolved based on the SLA time.
Please review and let me know which Noc code im belongs to , i assuming that im with
