Spouse visa

Post by Aolian » Fri Nov 01, 2019 7:09 pm

Hi all.
We are submitting our application for a spouse visa next Monday. I am completing the form online for my wife and I need some help with a particular section before I submit the form online and go to the NHS surcharge bit.

In the list of documents it is saying that payslips coveting period of salaried employment (current and previous)

I am applying under a non-salaried category and I have only been working for my employer for about 7 months, exceeding the financial threshold by calculating the gross amount and dividing by 6 then multiplying by 12.

Prior to the 7 months I haven’t worked for 5 months. I understand I only need to submit 6 months payslip so if I select this option in the form, will it be fine as there is nothing else for non-salaried employment in the choices on the form.

Please help. Thanks
