Change in Job Title and Client - Tier 2 ICT

Hello, I have a Tier 2 ICT valid till 2021. I'm currently in India on a vacation. I had a Job Title (Role )change with my current employer. Now I need to go back to UK for a different client.

So,
1. Does this require a new CoS?
2. Is my current Tier 2 ICT valid?
3. Does cooling off period apply?
