Document for Tier 2 General application

Document for Tier 2 General application
My Sponsor sends me the COS number this morning and advises me whether I need any other information.
For my understanding, I need their Sponsor License Number. Do I need anything other than COS & SLN?
Now COS is an entry in the database but I have seen below post with a list of documents from the employer, do I have to ask these documents from the employer?

12. Print of complete COS (esp. showing Salary and job level on COS)
13. Offer Letter from UK sponsor
14. Maintenance letter from the sponsor
15 Sponsorship letter (mentioning RLMT date, SOC code, salary, work hours)
