CoS Code 2136-Tier 2 ILR

Hi,

I have been working in UK(From July 2017) under a Tier 2 General visa against the job code-2136.

Recently I came to know that this job code has been added to the Shortage Occupation List.

Is it safe to assume that due to the inclusion of this code (2136) in SOL,I will be exempt from the ILR salary threshold level,when I plan to apply for ILR in 2022.

That rule only applies to Candidates who got COS assigned in and after October 2019.
