How to bring orphaned 8 year old to UK from Nigeria

My sister passed away yesterday but she has a 8 year old child. There is nobody else that can take over the care of her child in Nigeria. Nobody knows where the father is and since the child was born he hasn't played a role in the child's life. As the child's Aunt I feel it is my duty to take over this child's care. Currently the child is being looked after by my sisters church members who can only accommodate the child for a week.

Therefore this situation is urgent and I would appreciate advice on how I can bring the child to the UK and become their legal guardian.
