Uk visit visa refusal.

I have been refused a visit visa twice now, the reason for the first refusal was" insufficient funds (2) a mistake in my cover letter stating am going to visit my boyfriend for a year when my application form stated 3months (3) I wrote I was visiting my boyfriend and family, this word and family the ECO took this as my family.

My second application was this year and I was represented by a solicitor who who helped in the preparation of my documents like, house tendency,bank statement and payslip, employment letter,my resident permit in Greece,my previous refusal,my travel history, passport, pictures of me and my boyfriend in other European countries, also 2 bank statement of my boyfriend, council tax bill, sponsorship letter, company registration number, house deeds, hotel bookings and flights tickets to other countries with me, his passport, etc. In the letter of representation by the solicitor we used clearly mentioned my current circumstances in Greece and the mistake I made in my first application even it was stated that I am eligible for Greek citizenship by next year after renewal of my resident and am visiting for 10days. the ECO reason for refusal was 1) I have a strong ties in the UK (2) he doesn't believe I will return to Greece after my visit because my first application cover letter was signed by me and I have a temporary resident in Greece.
The solicitor said I should challenge the ECO decision by a Pre-action protocol which I got in touch with other solicitor I they said I should challenge the decision because it was unfair then my boyfriend emailed his MP about what is going on and we sent him the letter of representation and refusal letter also the MP sent us a consent form to sign which we did but he said the home office we reply around January of 2020.

My question is, can I still challenge the ECO decision since it was refused on October 28 2019 and we're in December? Secondly can the ECO decision be overturned through my boyfriend's MP involved?

Please I need answers as this is making my relationship not lively
