Visa extension

Good afternoon,

I need some advice on extending my wife's visa. I am an EU citizen with a permanent residency card and my wife is frin the Philippines. We applied for EU family permit visa, which will expire in February.
What should we apply now to extend her stay in the UK and also be allowed to work.
