Sham marriages are not the way forward and must be discouraged in any form and manner, but we are all not perfect and can not judge others, he that is without sin cast the first stone, people do all sorts of things out of desperation and the onus is on the DOJ to weed these marriages of convenience out, they should employ more effective and competent staff. But i find it quite distasteful that people come on this board to talk about their friends who did this and that, it spoils it for genuine marriages and they ought to be ashamed.
