Max Time allowed to stay outside UK on HSMP

Hi,

I am in UK on HSMP, (first year).

Can anyone advise me what are the restriction of staying outside of UK on HSMP .. especially on busniess visit. I work for Consultant company and i can have work project outside uk for 3-4 months at a time.

What is the Max time i can stay out in One year? what would be possible effect on my appliction after one year.

and what is the max time i can stay outside uk before filing my PR. after 3 year 11 months.


I would appritiate some expert opinio also please share your experince on this issue

Well,

You can stay outside UK for less than 3 months at one time but when you get extension for another 3 years than the time you have stayed outside UK in total of 4 years should not be more than 6 months.

So, simply 6 months in 4 years with not more than 3 months at any one time.

I hope its clear enough.

If you do anything against it, you would not be able to ask for Permenant resident permit (PR)
