Question on self employmenet

Hello. I am currently working as a psychologist for the NHS on tier 2 visa. I am solely working on a book on Eating Disorder, which is the area that I am specialised in. After doing some research online, I still have the following questions:

1. Will I be breaching any conditions of my tier 2 visa if I try to have this book published?
2. Will I be breaching any conditions of my tier 2 visa if I make my book into an app and sell it on the Apple app store?
3. Will I be breaching any conditions of my tier 2 visa if I teach at a University in Poland on a business visa and get paid?
