Scan all pages of passport?

Hi,
We are a couple with a child of just under twelve who was born abroad. All of us have been living in the UK for 10 years lawfully. So we would all like to apply for ILR on the basis of long residence.

I am just wondering if my child can apply for ILR on the basis of long residence? If so, which is the form to be used?

Yes, for settlement the application is SET(LR) or to apply when both parents are settled SET(F).

Also, while filling up the SET(LR) form for myself, there was a question about who the child lives with, and it would only allow one parent to be picked, not both. So I chose myself as the one who the child is living with, when the fact is our child lives with the two of us.
Did I not use the online form properly, or is my answer correct/incorrect?

Hi,

I have put in an ILR application based on long residence.

I went to Croydon UKVCAS to do my biometric and scan documents. I have two passports but haven't travelled outside since coming to this country.

The staff member there told me that there is no need to scan all the pages. I thought one needed to scan all pages of passport. Are they right?

Also, do you need to submit a scan of 'consent form' you download after submission of your application?

There is no need when you have no stamps. You need to scan all documents including any consent form

I have always read people on this forum say that they scanned all pages of their passport even if they had no stamps.

If that is the case, then I will not scan all pages of wife's and child's passports.

The staff member did not appear to be confident about this matter, and did not seem to know about consent form.

Hi all,
I, my wife and my child recently put in three individual SET(LR) applications based on long residence.

I have come to realize that on the family consent form, part one needs to be signed by the applicant where as part two and three needs to be signed by other members of the family.

However, on all three parts of the form the applicant has put their signature in each of our applications.

Firstly, does this mistake lead to a refusal? Secondly, what can now be done to correct this mistake?
