Child - UK born - which visa

Hi

After some advice on behalf of my sister in law,

She & her husband are Thai, came here in 2011 on work permits, they had a child in the UK in 2014, the child moved to live with the grand parents in 2015 while the parents turned. In 2016, they got the ILR & British Citizenship in 2017.

If they wanted to bring the child back to the UK, how would they do? I don't believe its naturalisation as you have to be in the UK already to so that, so I'm thinking settlement visa.

Time line to confirm is
2011 - entered the UK on work permit visas
2014 - they had a child
2015 - child left the UK
2016 - they gained ILR
2017 - British Citizenship gained

Any advice you can give, I would be grateful as I can find a definitive answer
