1,I took an English exam Trinity College London and passed with a B1 grade in 2016 and has never been used, can I use it for a set LR application this year ? because it has expired .

2, i came to the uk through a student visa over 10 years ago and have switched to the parent route within that period .do I need to provide my daughters Birth Certificate and Passport for and ILR applications .

1. No. You must pass SELT again at B1 level
2. Not under the SET(LR). Your dependant's circumstances are irrelevant
