Does anybody know which countries process the family resident card (for the family member of an EU national) in a short time ? I know the slowest one is Sweden(I have been waiting for 4 months in Sweden).

The right of residence of family members of a Union
citizen who are not nationals of a Member State shall be
evidenced by the issuing of a document called ‘Residence card
of a family member of a Union citizen’no later than six
months from the date on which they submit the application. A
certificate of application for the residence card shall be issued
immediately.

Hi "14121974" and welcome to the forum - may I advise you to read around a bit :?:

There are countries which don't care about the law :!:

For example, I have been waiting for more than 6 months now, and yesterday I filed my lawsuit against the Republic of Ireland in this regard.
