BRP Delay due to incorrect brp

Submitted my application and completed biometric in July 19. Got an incorrect BRP with someone else’s photo and sign in October 19. Raised issue with BRP error team and posted the incorrect BRP to them in October 19. Got a mail from BRP error team in December 19 that I need to go for Biometric again and someone from Sopra Steria will contact me in due course. Till now no one contacted. Raised complaint with uk home Office in February 20. Yet to get a response. Can anyone suggest anyway to expedite the process?
