Please I have got 2.5years BRC on 10 year route as a step father of a British child. I called the EU resolutions center first to find out if I qualify for pre settled status and they sent me forms. However am told I don't qualify and that sometimes they get confused.
My wife is awaiting a decision on her settled status as a primary carer (zambrano)
Any advice on what is best, do I qualify for indefinite if my wife get hers or?
Please advise with possible case laws, policies or from people who have gone through such experience and breakthrough.
