RLMT ICT Dependent to T2 General

Hello All,

I came to the UK as a T2 ICT dependent on my husband's ICT visa. I already have a job with an employer who wishes to sponsor me for T2G. Could you please advise on the below questions:

1. Do I need to resign while the RLMT is being conducted by the employer for my job offer?

2. Do I need to resign when I travel back to India to apply for my T2G visa?

3. If I don't need to resign, I believe I can then continue to work although the doubt arose because for a short time there would be a change in immigration status in cancellation of ICT dependent and issuance of general Visa.

4. Is such case prone to more scrutiny due to the presumption of being pre-selected for the job?

5. Anything else that I should be mindful of?
