Change From Work Permit to Dependent Visa

Hi ,

Could anybody please help i am on my company Sponsored Work Permit Visa working in South of England and my Wife is on her Company Sponsered Work Permit working in North Of England.

Because it is a Company Sponsered Work Permit we can't work for other companies so that we can stay together. Can my wife change her status to Dependent so that she can work for any company she want to. If she can what is the process . Does she need to show any funds in her acc. I have got enough funds in my account to accomidate her and support her . Can she actually Change the status to dependent in UK or does she need to go back to Country of Nationality.
