EEA Family Permit brother of EU citizen

Hi,

I am looking for a sincere advice for EEA permit. I got rejected two times, the reasons are as below:

DETAILS: My brother is Norwegian national and I am residing in Pakistan

1-family registration certificate by NADRA( govt. of Pakistan) not accepting this document. So can not show my relationship to my brother.

CASE WAS REJECTED ON 30 DEC 2019
2- Western union remittance receipts from May 2019 to December 2019 attached but as per them they needed on prolonged period of time.
3- They need my family circumstances how I am dependent on my brother.

These western union slips are enough evidence to show that I am financially relying on brother.

MY BACKGROUND:
I was in UAE for last 10 years working in a Telecom co. and before that in a bank as sales executive. I lost my job in December 2018 due to economical conditions, company was cutting the cost and they downsized the staff and closed our whole department which they given us termination letter.
So I came back in April (Pakistan) and till then my brother started sending me money. Some people told me do not show this you were in Dubai and now you are dependant on your brother.

I am in a worst situation my kids and my family is scattered and I am still jobless please help me and give me sincere advice so I can get visa. I don't have money to pay lawyers fee.

Was isn't it accepted? Is it an original?

If you can't prove you are his brother, it means - for the purpose of immigration - you are just a friend/acquaintance.

You worked UAE in a senior position for a decade. It means you have a good professional profile. Possibly during this time, you built some assets such as a property in your country, savings, investments...

When you lost your job in May, your brother assisted you by making Western Union deposits. Then you applied for an EEA Extended Family Member permit.

To be honest with you, your application is really weak considering what's going on at the moment. Unmarried couples, living together, sometimes for years, are getting refusals on EEA EFM applications. You are not going to get an EEA residence by showing that your brother sent you a few Western Unions. Add to this, due to your professional profile, this dependency seems to be a choice rather than a necessity.

I don't think you should wait for your social situation to degrade further in order to get more leniency from the Home Office. They really don't like dependent adults applications and push their application really hard. Especially here, you have a weak hand.
