Asking 4 reconsideration after been refused an appeal

Post by Nissy » Fri Aug 15, 2008 11:46 pm

I would be very grateful if anyone can advice me on what to do. I was on a student visa but decided to change my status to a dependant on a EU national. A solicitor made our application and we didn't know much about the process and he wouldn't disclose information to us early.

Now the application was denied the second time & right to appeal refused. My visa expired whilst in the home office. I wrote a letter to them to give me time to a resubmit some evidence. According to advice i left it till after 7months asking them to allow me finish my education as am still studying. The have written to me saying they will pass it on to the casework unit & i should not contact them.

I have been searching for information regarding this & would like to know if anyone has any advice or information to give me please,
