I cannot find Guidance Notes for Appendix 1/Self-Assessment

I cannot find Guidance Notes for Appendix 1/Self-Assessment

Hi there,

I'm having trouble locating
Guidance Notes for the Appendix 1/Self-Assessment Form
(the form that I am required to fill out before I complete the Personal Details form)

The only Guidance Notes I have are: the rather large
TIER 1 (GENERAL) POLICY GUIDANCE NOTES
and
GUIDANCE NOTES for POINTS BASED SYSTEM VAF9/PERSONAL DETAILS

Can someone advise if there are guidance notes specifically for the Self-Assessment Form? I am applying from Outside the UK.
