Tier 2 visa dependent limit company

Hi,
My wife is one of the director in a limited company. She is on tier 2 general dependent visa.
My question are
1. Will there be any problems in future if we apply for ILR (being director)
2. As per the visa remarks “no public funds” , if her company gets any council business rate relief as a grant, will it create problems?
3. Can her company apply for any covid 19 related grants, loans etc.
My understanding is that grants are given to the company not to the person and company has got total two directors
Please help me .
