Criminal Offence

3yr ago I was staying as PG with Indian family. During that period I had silly flight with there 15yr kid I pushed him and the kid made complaint in his school for child abuse. I was having very good terms with there parents and they also knew that It was kid’s mistake and we sort-out this internally. But later on school informed to social service and they call parents and Child for interview and they also clarified that it was Misunderstanding. And the chapter was closed there. Social service never came to me they only took my name. Not any other information like DOB, NI number etc. There is No any official notice or any legal paper work I received

From last 2 years I m working with Government dep which deals with highly sensitive matters They are already done all my Aviation Security / criminal /background Checks before appointing me and all was clear.

So Do I need to inform about this event to HO as criminal offence. Even I don’t have any official records????

From what you have said, it appears that you were not prosecuted. As such, there was no conviction, so you have nothing to declare.

No need to declare...it is very minor and i think not entered in to records...
