Funds - Joint Account

Hi,

I already have the required maintenance funds in my account to support myself. Now I have included my name in my wife's bank account (Joint account). Can I apply for dependant visa (wife+daughter) after 3 months?

Any idea how long the joint account should be there?

Joint account with dependent (wife) is acceptable.

for your child you should have funds in your account NOT in your spouses account.This is what vfs b'lore says.

In this Case DO WE REQUIRE TO SUBMIT Marriage Proof (To proof the joint account holder is WIFE) ..?

if yes then what documents? .. NIC, Marriage Certificate?...
