need help for EC approval..

Hi all

I got HSMP approval and maintaining sufficient funds as per rules. Now i want to apply for EC. Please let me know where do i find Application form in website. what is the application number means 'vaf2 or vaf9 etc'....

I did NARIC & got the letter from them. But unfortunately i lost it.
Is there any way to get it again? I have number which was provided at the time of NARIC registration. Let me know.

I am taking YMCA membership for accomdation in UK. they provided the required document also. Please refer the below documents which i am going to submit in vaf office.

1. Covering letter for EC & Approval letter
2. Educational docs
3. All my exp. docs
4. Payslips & Bank statements for last 12 months
5. YMCA address accomdation document
6. My property supported documents
7. Service letter stating my continuous employment with my company


Let me know is there any document am i misssing for EC.
