PBS Dependent ILR SET O Form

Hello everyone,

I am on ilr via Tier 2 route my dependent will be completing 5 years and applying for ILR using SET O while looking at online form I am confused with couple of questions please if anyone can help.


1. Select which category you're applying for Indefinite leave to remain?
Options I chose is Tier 2 dependent
is that correct?


2.Which visa is xxx (main applicant) i.e. me applying for or been granted?
I am already on ILR and there is no option to chose ILR only sub categories of Tier 2 so I chose Tier 2 General Visa. Is that correct?

When Chosing Tier 2 General its asking for reference number VAf or GWF i dont have that? is that problem?

3.asking about my sponsor License number as when i got ILR i changed job still do i have to provide my sponsor license number?

4. Lastly do we need to mention absences from UK under previously lived in countries section? a
as the leave was granted in 2017 so answer to this question Does the period of stay on which this application was based include any leave granted since 11 January 2018? would be NO?

1) Tier 2 Dependent
2) Tier 2 General - You should have your VAF and GWF on your COS.
3) Your previous license number
4) No need

Thanks for your quick response I applied within UK so never had any VAF or GWF i will still check my application form cant seem to find on COS

Also with regards to absences my partner was out of UK 4 days before applying just returned back will that be issue?

No

I am not entirely sure but I think the “VAF GWF question” is an “if known” question. You need to check on the form.

yes it does state do you know vaf or gwf number other option says i dont have any of those so i chose that as i cant seem to find on application form too reference number is UKVI.
