Extension as parent of British citizen

I'm applying for flr fp family route 10 years route(parent of British citizen) Little background married my ex who's a British citizen had a son. Granted first parent visa 2015, granted extension 2018. My ex has denied me access to my son since end of 2018. Even though we have a child arrangements order in place which is in breach of. Took it back to court early 2019 mind you this case is still in court cos ex been delaying while claiming domestic violence. I have always paid child maintenance now I have applied for extension and provided all the hearing correspondence and letters from court and letters of child maintenance payments made to my ex from work and pensions I'm quite worried about my extension.what do you think?
