Student Entry Clearance

Please advice.

Mr X wants to apply for student visa from India. His course begins in Jan09. He would like to apply for student visa in Oct 09 and travel back to Uk in Oct09

(Please note: At the moment he is in UK on dependent visa and his visa expires in Nov 09)

Do you think if he applies from his country of origin, could be he get student visa in Oct09 though the course begins in jan09?

You mean Oct 08?
