immigrating to sweden

i am planning to immigrate to Sweden to join my wife there who recently moved from UK to Sweden so that we can be together
i am a non EEU from north Africa married to british citizen

i am a bit confused , what visa i need to apply from the swedish embassy in my country?is it a shengen visa or what you call it exactly?
i checked their website their forms are very short and brief just one page they don t ask a lot info unlike Uk ?i am confused what is the name of form i need to fill?shall i disclose my immigration history, my overtsay in uk or not ?i have IS 151A from UK shall i tell the swedish embassy about it or not ?
how long do i have too live in Sweden before we return to UK ? is it a year?

any advise will be very helpful thanks
