Forgot to add previous immigration application details! help!

Hi all,

I hope you can advise me on the below as I am not sure what to do now..

I applied for naturalisation (5 year residence + 1 year PR) on 03-June-2020 and submitted on 28th August 2020 via IDV app. I haven't received any decision yet.
I have checked the application I made and realised that I have forgotten to enter the resident card application under the question: Have you made any previous UK immigration
applications in the UK or abroad?

I did enter the EU family permit application (2013) and the permanent residence application (2019) but not the residence application in 2014. However I did attach a photo of the sticker/vignette (it was the old method) in my passport and also a scan of the letter I received from HO informing me when I acquired permanent residence. Plus I have attached all the proof of continuous residence for the past 6.5 years

Do you think HO are able to check in their system which applications I have made even though I have not mentioned the Residence application? do you think they will look at the evidence sent and connect the information? Is this something that I have to email them about?
