Tier 1 (General) extension - dependent evidence

Hi,

I have an HSMP and will soon apply for an extension of stay/switch to Tier 1 (General) status. My partner has been in the UK as my dependent pursuant to VAF1.

Does my partner/dependent need to submit further evidence proving that we have continued to be in a relationship for the past two years (i.e. the period since my HSMP was granted)? This does not appear to be a requirement for the Tier 1 (Dependent) Application Form.
