Hi.
I am currently repeating my second year at university (BA), and the modules I’m repeating are only held during the second semester.
My university informed me that as I will not be studying for 60 days or longer (for the first semester), that they will be reporting this to UKVI and I will have my visa curtailed.
The issue is, that the information received above was part of an FAQ upon sending my repeat notice via email. So it was not a proper notice of the fact that they have reported me to UKVI.
Here is the excerpt from the email:
“ If you are a Tier 4 student you will be reported to UKVI as not attending in Teaching Block 1 and will need to apply for a new visa to return to your studies in teaching block 2. You will need to make this visa application in your home country.”
I haven’t received an email from the university saying I have been officially reported, and I haven’t received an email or letter from the UKVI of my curtailment. Does this mean it is still commencing?
