10 yr Employment History

Dear Gurus,
Hope you are safe and well
I have filled the online application form and submitted the naturalisation on 11/10/2020 and was in a impression we need to submit 5 years employment history but while going through the policy we are required to fill 10 years employment history . In 2011 when i had PSW i worked for few weeks for a company but don't remember the dates and months will this affect my application in any way ?
I have contacted HMRC and they only have employment history for 5 years is 10 years employment history a mandotory requirement ?? As i have already submitted the application what options do i have now ?

You are required to provide 10 years of employment history in UK. Add a cover letter. Mention your employment for last 10 years. Provide estimate dates. No issue with estimates if actual not known. Upload cover letter with all your documents before biometrics.
