ILR made 28 days before but handed dismal from work

Hi all

I have applied for ILR on the 26th day of my last 28 days of expiry of my ancestry visa. Its was about time frame and complications waiting for my Life in U.K test and to complete my B1 test which I could only get a booking on the Wednesday day and Dissmissed on the Friday

How does this affect my application? Can I apply for work or interviews once I have my reciept from Home office confirming my payment of application?
