Visa Application fee Refund

Hi All,
Applied for pbs dependent visa and submitted biometric details then got application delayed email from ukvi, in the meantime my company applied for Cos and assigned for then my variation application was successful in this case, my first dependent application fee also refund , can I expect refund for my first application fee?
