Annex 3 - Biometric Biographic and Exception Referral

Hi Everyone

so at my biometrics appointment yesterday, I had to use hand sanitizer right before giving my fingerprints. My palms are sweaty on a good day, but the sanitizer really made it sticky and it wouldn't dry. The officer just told me to give my fingerprints and after that attached a form with it to say they're moist due to hand sweat. the form is Annex 3 - Biometric Biographic and Exception Referral. he assures me it's ok, and it wouldn't affect anything, it's just to confirm I did my biometrics in person, but I can't help but be paranoid.

My questions are:
Does anyone know anything about this Annex 3? Google isn't giving me any answers
Has anyone had any experiences with this? Did anything happen?

I'm probably being paranoid .

I’m not sure what it means but I remember when I went the person taking my biometrics told me to dry my hands with my skin like rub my hands on my arms and not on cloth or tissue. The trick worked.
I’m sure they are not allowed to do anything against procedure so there must be a thing like annex 3 as he mentioned and you probably can’t find it on google because most changes are fairly recent.

It seems we both had our biometrics appointments on the same day.

The officer also filed annex 3 form to state that my child (1 year old) didn't hold still to get a proper photo . He told me the same, that it shouldn't be a problem due to his age.

I guess it is a standard form to explain the non-compliance reasons of any of the biometrics required.

Thank you both for your replies! I am very appreciative of your support and your kindness! It calms me to know that other people have had the same experience as me, so I don't feel so alone. It's so stressful! I know everybody undergoing immigration is on edge about everything big or small so it's extremely important that we stick together in all this.
