Form Set O or Set M?

Hi there,

I'm a British Citizen now (Tier 2 General to ILR to Citizenship) and my wife is eligible for ILR through 5 years route. I have a confusion about which form to use for her application. Is it Set O or Set M? Could you please help?

If current visa is as your dependent it's SET O.

Thank you. Yes, her current visa says PBS dependant.
