YesCan I register my children as a British citizen after I received my ILR for my UK born children?
I thought person has to have valid ILR at the time when kids are born in the UK, in order for them to be eligible for British citizenship. In this case it sounds like there is no ILR status granted yet.

Apologies. I didn't mean to confuse anyone.CULLINAN wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 3:15 pm@NadiaaR
Your understanding is not correct. Please do not tag your questions onto other member’s posts as this causes confusion. Any child born in UK after one of the parent(s) has ILR is automatically born British, otherwise UK born child who was born before any parent was settled needs to be registered as BC after any parent is settled first.
