Mistake in naturalisation online application and biometric application issue.

Hello all,

I have applied for the naturalisation on 29th October 2020 through online and after submitting the application I have realised that I did a mistake. There was a question :

HAVE YOU MADE ANY PREVIOUS UK IMMIGRATION APPLICATION IN THE UK OR ABROAD. THIS INCLUDES APPLICATIONS FOR ASYLUM IN THE UK. (YES OR NO)

Mistakenly I selected the NO. Later I realised it should be YES as I did apply for my ILR and others Visas previously. Is there any chance HO may refused or reject my application because of this mistake?

I want to know is there any way I can let them know that I made the mistake and provide them my immigration history now? or what would be the best course of action? Just to let you know, that I already have uploaded and submitted my documents in UKVCAS website. but my appointment for biometric is on 9th December 2020. Please advise me if possible.

ANOTHER ISSUE WITH BIOMETRIC:

As I did apply on 29th October 2020, I was unable to book appointment because no free slot was available and on 23rd November 2020 I got an email from HO mentioning that I didn't attend for biometric within 15days of the application and now I have 10 working days (starting from 23rd November 2020) to book and attend biometric otherwise my application will be invalid. Eventually I did book my appointment on 9th December which is more than 10 working days. I called them and they suggest me that to reply the email explaining the situation. I emailed them back explaining the situation that the earliest appointment I got is 9th December. I only got an automated reply mentioning they will reply me within 10 working days. Till now I haven't received any reply. I am a bit worried. Please advise me regarding this issue.

Add a cover letter, provide all the UK immigration applications details there. Upload with all your documents before biometrics
